What is principle in our life ??



Water is very important for our body! and very principle in our live. The human body consists of around 75% water. We lose between two and three liters of water daily, and we need to replace that. Some of the water we get from fruit and vegetables, the rest we should drink. Coffee, tea, natural drinking water dehydrate your body. It is necessary to drink at least 1.5 - 2.0 liters of water daily!

If you think logically it is natural to drink water and not all the other beverages you can buy! Animals living on the planet earth have only water to drink and eat what they need naturally. They get exercise while they are hunting or looking for food. So they don't get fat. Water is very important for your kidneys to drain the kidneys and give the body the ability to dispose of the toxins and other wastes from our body.

The kidneys also save water if you don't drink sufficiently. That is why a lot of people, when they don't drink enough, gain weight. Before those beverages came on the market the human being did not have so many problems with their weight as they do now. How many people do you know who never drink water. Unfortunately, I do know a few of them.

If you are thirsty your body needs water and my advice would be to drink sufficient water to ensure your body will get the possibility to stay healthy, and I hope that is what we all want. The second problem is because we get so much processed food our bodies get a lot of chemicals and food with no real value, such as sugar, aspartame and a lot of other chemicals, which are not good for our body. The third problem is that people don't recognize the feeling of being hungry or the feeling of being thirsty! This is almost the same feeling so people think if my mouth is dry than I am thirsty. They drink not enough for sure. There are also people who do not drink enough, because they don't want to go to often to the w.c. That is very heavy for the kidneys they can't work the way it should if there is no water to flush through the kidneys. The poison will stay in the body and that is not what would happen if people drink enough water. Keep your kidneys healthy and start to drink! I want to tell you, think natural! Is this the food you would have eaten 100 years ago? Is it healthy? Don't eat or drink it if the answer is No!


Your body is always hungry because it does not get what it really needs with the result you stay hungry, and you eat and eat, and you never get enough. This is why you gain weight. Instead of eating that processed food eat natural food such as organic vegetables, fruit, eggs, and nuts. Avoid light products they are filled with aspartame and other similar chemicals! Everything that is not natural in your body should not be taken as food it will poison you!

The same law applies to food as with fluids. People are not eating enough food with essential nutrients. This results that the body will save as much in the form of fat as it can. That fat is stored within the cells. On top of that fat is a place in the body that accumulate a lot of toxins that we are eating. The only way to start losing weight is to get sufficient food with value. This is also the rule to stay healthy!
