1 cup of Franks hot sauce
¼ Brown sugar
Minced garlic
A stick of butter
Worcestershire sauce
The preparation procedure :
You should begin by putting the source of heat on, whether it is a gas cooker or any other means. Then, you can measure one cup of the Franks red hot sauce and pour it in a small sauce pan which is heating up in the cooker.
Then you will take the 1 stick of butter and cut it into small pieces. The essence of cutting the butter into small pieces is, because the butter must melt properly so that it can mix with the wing sauce uniformly.
After cutting the pieces, place them in the sauce pan where the Frank red hot sauce is heating up and ensure you spread them properly and in an even way.
If you confirm that you have placed the butter pieces uniformly, add ¼ of cup of the brown sugar into the mix. You should ensure the sugar is enough to make a tasty sauce if it is not enough, you can add small amount and make sure you don't exceed the ratio.
Then, measure 1 teaspoon of the minced garlic and pour it to the mixture heating up on the sauce pan.
Now you can add a tablespoon of the Worcestershire sauce and pour it in the boiling mixture.
Then you should start stirring the mixture frequently and ensure the sauce mixture is boiling at low rate. Stir for a few minutes until mixture attains a uniform state. Give the mixture a few minutes to heat up and then stir it for the last two minutes and then remove the sauce pan from the heat source.
After removing the sauce pan from the heat, place it in a safe place and cover it with the cooking lid and give the mixture about thirty minutes to cool, thicken and also to absorb flavor.
Finally, you will have your wing sauce. And if you are ready to serve it, you can pour it in the serving dish and take it to the dinning table. Whereas, if you are not ready to serve it, you can leave it in the sauce pan and ensure it is tightly covered.
