what's Chocolate Bad Effects ??

We all love chocolates and sweets right? It reduces anxiety, makes us relax in a way, but, did you know that eating sweets not only leads us to high sugar level but it could later be developed into a heart disease?

Researchers proved that there is a high risk of developing into a heart disease once the level of triglycerides, (Fats found in one's blood) increases, it could be the start of metabolic syndrome. It is the combination of high blood pressure, high blood sugar, too much fat around the waist, low HDL ("good") cholesterol, metabolic syndrome increases your risk for heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.



Many people are starting to turn to sugar rather than high-fructose corn syrup because sugar isn't as processed. But some are unaware of the dangers that sugar contents has.

Survey noticed that on a daily basis, most people consumes about 46 teaspoons of sugar, while on the contrary the least consumes about 3 teaspoons minimum. Such a big difference!

It's important to keep in mind, however, that the best form of sugar will be the natural sugars found in fruits and vegetables, which also supply antioxidants as well as fiber and not the additive sugars which is being used nowadays.

Nowadays, most companies insists the use of softdrink as a replacement to additive sugars which can avoid health risks like obesity and diabetes and heart ailments. With these surveys, Science experts are encouraging the entire business establishments and manufacturers to find a substitute with the use of sugars.

If it is implemented, accordingly, it will reduce not only the risk of health problems but as well as the consumption of such sugars.

Either way you look at it, both of these sweeteners are providing excess calories to the body, and when these calories are not burned, they are going to be stored as body fats, indicative of the negative effect of sweeteners.
